Three physicians, one standard of care
Kosmos is not a solo practice. Our physicians are Dr. Chris Dodd, our founder, board-certified in internal medicine; Dr. James Bhaskar, a family medicine physician with more than three decades of clinical experience, including 18 years in emergency medicine; and Dr. Carolan Constantine, board-certified in internal and emergency medicine with a focus on women’s health. Each physician serves just 100 families. That emergency medicine depth matters in practice: when something urgent happens, your first call is a physician who knows you and can handle most problems directly.

Membership is two plans: Premium Care at $575 per month, and Optimal Care, which adds the full advanced diagnostics program, at $1,250 per month. Kosmos limits each physician to just 100 families so your doctor has time to know your history, your goals, and what actually matters to your health. Visits run as long as needed, not 15 minutes. You reach your physician directly, not a triage line. And for members on Optimal Care, Kosmos adds advanced diagnostics most practices do not offer, including whole-body MRI, VO2 Max testing, and multi-cancer early detection.
- Premium Care is $575 per month or $6,900 per year. Optimal Care, which adds the full suite of advanced preventive testing and diagnostics, is $1,250 per month or $15,000 per year. Children of members aged 15 to 29 can join for $200 per month each.
- Kosmos does not bill insurance for primary care services and has opted out of Medicare. Most members carry a high-deductible health plan or traditional insurance for specialist care, imaging, labs, and hospitalizations. Your Kosmos physician coordinates those referrals and stays closely involved throughout.

Direct primary care practices usually charge a lower monthly fee for basic access to a physician.
