Dr. Carolan Constantine, M.D.

Dr. Carolan Constantine brings to Kosmos the rare skill set of primary, urgent, and critical care. Her passion for women’s health complements this broad foundation, enabling her to guide women through mid-life care.

A native of the Pacific Northwest, Dr. Constantine completed her undergraduate studies at Cornell University and earned her medical degree at NYU School of Medicine. She then completed a 5-year combined training program in Internal Medicine and Emergency Medicine, one of the most selective, specialized, and valuable training pathways in U.S. graduate medical education, serving as a Chief Resident in her final year. Since completing her training, Dr. Constantine has over a decade of experience caring for patients in multiple settings.

Her dual training shapes her decisive approach to care. With a calm, gentle demeanor and an eye for detail, she partners with each of her patients to ensure their personal goals are incorporated into every aspect of their care, including during times of need.

A lifelong learner, Dr. Constantine has championed physician education and procedure training, serving as a clinical instructor to University of Washington medical students.
